David Janssen began his career in the management consulting industry, working with companies and executives in the midst of human capital realignment.

This work with professionals dealing with career changes lead him to the financial services industry in June of 2009.

Since that time, Dave has focused his practice on preparing clients for their next major life changes such as marriage, child rearing, retirement, elder care and estate transition. Such preparations require the development of a “big picture” understanding of goals, along with an integration of multiple sub-strategies involving saving, investing, protection of current income, protection of retirement income and management of legacy assets. Dave prides himself on the development and execution of a plan with the right tools for the job based on the client’s comfort.

Dave received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He holds the FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and Series 24 registrations, and Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Outside of work, Dave and his wife, June, enjoy traveling and the outdoors as well as collecting fine wine and single-malt scotch. They are both avid anglers, hunters and photographers. Dave and June are frequent attendees and benefactors of Festival International de Louisiane’, a world-music festival in Lafayette, Louisiana. Dave and June also give to school's and organization's music and art programs. Dave says “Go Huskers!” June says “Go Red Sox!” (She’s from Massachusetts.)
